Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (VB6) is used as Nutritional supplements.Vitamin B6, a component of some coenzymes in human body, is involved in a variety of metabolic reactions, especially with amino acid metabolism.
Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (VB6) was produced by following method.
1. It is prepared by the reaction of alanine ethyl ester with formic acid anhydride and condensation with fumaronitrile.
2. With alanine as raw material through esterification, in formamide, condensation, dehydration into salt to get the finished product.Vitamin B6 was obtained by esterification of α-aminopropionic acid with ethanol, amidation, catalytic closed loop, and then reaction with isobutyl methacrylate.
3. With alanine as raw material through esterification, in formamide, condensation, dehydration into salt to get the finished product.
